We offer let only and full management services. Full management is including finding tenants, check in/out, collecting rent and general maintenance arrangements.

Deposit                                    A month's rent or 5 week's rent 

Landlord Fees

Tenant reference fee               £80 per person

Check in fee                               £150-£300

End of tenancy check out       £150-£300

Management Fees

Lettings (tenants find only)       8%

Lettings & Management            10%

SALES:                                        2% （Sole Agent) on completion on second hand homes 

                                                 or 2.5% (Multi Agent)
